With nearly a decade of work experience in non-credit education, I have managed an array of software services and tools responsible for collecting over $10M in revenue and facilitating the learning experiences of over 45,000 students across the globe. This includes creating and managing a dedicated data warehouse to support reconciliation of finances and serve as the system of record for all non-credit activity across the University of South Florida.
As a lifelong learner, I have also cross-trained in other positions like program advising, consistently participated in self-development courses, led teams of instructors through software transitions during COVID, as well as served on the Credly Advisory Board for digital badging.
